Mods that still allow cultures of settlements to change?

TaleWorlds broke all the mods that change culture for settlements. I've been staring at the original settlement culture changer mod's crash logs for hours, to no avail. Do you try to eliminate all other Empires?

I’m at the late game stage, have 26K strength and about 90% of the map, 35 clans, I’m playing Empire and I have absorbed the remaining Empire factions. It’s been an absolute pain to eliminate the other Empires. I probably chopped 200-300 lords and still other Empires have between 6 and 12 clans. Feels like the game was never meant for total domination….

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
