Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. I was a part of the Khuzaits, had really good relationships with other lords and Monchug, and when he died, I became the ruler. Being a ruler of such a big kingdom was very stressful, so I gave away all my fiefs (except a town and a castle), withdrew from the leadership of the country and then left the kingdom. Afterwards, I declared peace with them using my charm, good relationship with their lords and 80 thousand denars.

Is there a way to declare myself a kingdom? Being a ruler was very stressful, but now nobody gives a shit about me. It's boring and bad on my ego. I was the Queen, damn you! "Peace to you, stranger"? I was the queen!

TL,DR: I have a town and a castle, can I declare myself a kingdom?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
