Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Can anyone tell me if this Helmet has a Real life counterpart?

Title says it all I've Serched and Browsed the web for hours but I've yet to find a thing on it or I've yet to come across any Pictures, paintings, etc with Eastern Romans/Byzantines. The Helms name in Game is: Heavy Nasalhelm Over Leather.
