Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Console question: Whats the max party size you've achived?

Mine is like 330. I cant seem to get to 450 despite perks n stuff. I want to be able to siege almost by myself
