Help about steel resource?

I complete a siege either by sending troops or attacking but whenever it’s over my game freezes and the only thing I can do is move cursor?

I’m on console. Haven’t found anything googling it. Game is active but nothing on screen works but I can move over stuff with cursor but not interact with it. I can pop menu up by holding ps5 button but can’t save or anything. Any fixes?
