Any way to assign only certain troop types to a formation?

Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. Looking for QoL mods

Just like the title says, I'm just looking for some QoL mods. Not the complete overhaul type of mods by the way. Only those like affects appearance, NPC faces (cause some are just straight up horrifying) etc. Currently I'm using BannerCraft, Bannerlord exp tweaks, Better Time, Dismemberment, More Companions and UnlimitedCAP. So yeah what QoL mods can you guys recommend me? Thanks to anyone that will answer!
