Any way to assign only certain troop types to a formation?

Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. I’m playing on ps5 and need help with workshops

I don’t understand them at all. Sort of…

I made a linen workshop at onira, 200 raw silk goes into warehouse but like 20 bucks a day. I’m confused. I’m pretty early in the game but these workshops are so dang confusing. I know they have to be in certain areas and scarcity and resource available blah blah blah… I think my location is fine but idk it’s just not making money.

My caravan is making 300-500 dollars a day which is nice but it gets robbed a lot how do I stop that to? Its troops are literally all archers but idk how to change them.
