Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Way to kill off my family??

I know this is not the usual question in this sub but I feel like this needs to be asked. I have conquered all of calradia and rule it with my family. As there is peace and prosperity more and more of my family lives longer and longer lives. I know there is a medicine perk that can help increase lifespans or let them cheat death for clan members. I have turned that perk off for a little drama. But omg everyone is living far too long. I am on year 1163 playing as my heir which is my daughter. Her uncle is 104 and still alive. He has children all in their 80s. Herself is 75 and my family consists of 50+ members. Ik this is a weird complaint but it is a struggle to keep track of them all. I know there is also a way to kill off my character by going to the retreat but idk that doesn’t sound realistic or fun. Just the succession is messed up as the next in line is my eldest brother who is also in his 70s and then his eldest son who is in his 40s. Ik this is a weird complaint but if someone could help me out it would be much appreciated.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
