Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. The only way this could've been better is if Monchug died instead of his companion. submitted by /u/Glorf_Warlock [link] [comments]

Jack of All Trades - Perk Progression mod.

Jack of All Trades - Perk Progression mod.

I finally did it, after 4 months of tinkering, coffee, and sneezing near bandits, I made a mod that lets you have all perks, without being OP. It also stops micromanaging perks and lets you just play.

Jack of All Trades auto-unlocks both perks at each tier and lets them level up from your actions. Swing swords → melee perks grow. Craft stuff → smiting perks grow. Ride like a maniac → riding perks grow. If you don’t use it, it doesn’t level. Simple.

  • Perks have 5 internal levels (you start at ~20% of vanilla power, no early OP).
  • AI lords/companions progress too (with a little randomized kickstart).
  • Mid-game friendly (install, save, reload once).
  • Savegame friendly, can be removed any time.
  • MCM support, tune level thresholds, toggle notifications and select between 3 UI modes.
  • Already translated to all supported languages.

It’s an early build, so expect some rough edges. Would love feedback, balance thoughts, and bug reports.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
