Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I worried about about naval combat

In the latest trailer I noted something. So far we only have really seen Nord, imperial and Vlandian ships with on board weapons. So my worry is that if the others don't have them there ships could be useless in combat. What do you think? Or has someone heard something?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
