Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Whats your favourite Mercenary, Bandit, or Minor Clan troop?

Mine are Skolder, Lake-Rats, Mountain Bandit Chief and Aserai Caravan Guards.

Better Wildlings (also cheaper) and Two-handed Axe Cavalry.

I like to keep the 2h Axe Cavalry with me (in a column) for running through their archers.
