Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is it important to create a party for your sons/companion

I have like 4 sons and all the companions (think they are 7). I’m wandering if it is useful to create their own party and how does it work? (I’m new to the game)
