Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Diplomacy mod

Been running diplomacy mod, wonder what features it has exactly can anyone give me a run down, and most importantly will this cause rebels and civil wars to form new kingdoms?
