Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is Shokuho worth it ?

I like the idea of a samurai themed game but I heard that it has some bugs the need to be fixed, should I wait for versions to come or is it pretty polished as it is ? And does it work with diplomacy and improved garrison ?
