Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Are some crafted weapons locked out of enhancement upgrades ?

I swear Ive been crafting hundreds of the same swords (160 difficulty craft) with not a single masterwork upgrade. Smithing level 277 for info
