Most polished complete overhaul mod?

ACOK 4.1: So what quests are available and what Valyrian weapons can I still get?

Seems cozur is at it again with fucking over his fans by removing a ton of quests that were in previous games. Where are the obtainable unique items now? I figure Randyl Tarly has Heartsbane but what else?
