Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Active groups for any MP mod at all?

I've been dead bored these past few weeks with barely anything to do on M&B besides from Native which gets very toxic. I've been interested in finding an active group for any mod at all, I'm very open minded about what I play and get involved in. I am mute, I am mature, I wouldn't say I'm too skilled but I'd say around average. (NW and Native.)

I'd very much prefer a group that uses Discord over TS3. NW Regiments, RoW groups; anything besides from PW which I'm not very interested in. If you are in one of the suggested groups, please supply me with a link to all the necessary things i.e mod, discord, group, etc.

I am active in the GMT timezone and EST most of the time. Looking for a generally EU/GB group but I'd settle for anything else just as much.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
