Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. [PoP] Lady Reada went down 2 points in her opinion of me when I, a fellow vassal of Marius Imperator, the man who holds significant territory within the Empire and personally captured Marleons and Sarleon, among many castles, the man who has over 2000 renown and has beaten two hosts of Jatu. Why?!

For real, though. I got her father's permission to court her. She just cold shouldered me out of the gate when I found her.

Does it have to be at a feast? After a tournament? What gives?

She had the most familial connections among the Imperials and I want to have them on my side...

Not that I'm planning anything malevolent, of course. It's been over a year in game and I've garnered some right to rule.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
