Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Ideas for AWOIAF

I think they should a troop tree for giants, like giants with massive bows that can kill knights in one hit, mammoth riders that can stomp down all the puny men, however I think they should have food multipliers so the giants eat slot more than men, and they cost a lot to keep, 10k for a mammoth rider and to upgrade, also they need better stats, so they don't die so easily
