STUCK AT BEGINING OF WARSAILS

I escorted the merchants and fought off two ships in a sea battle . I'm on the Scourge of the Seas quest. It tells me to talk to Gunnar via a golden exclamation point. I go to talk to him and he says thst he is waiting on new." What do I do now? It seems as though there are no obvious prompts and the quest still exists. I need help specifically with advancing this quest...I can't believe I am stuck this early in the game. If anyone has any advice, I'm really desperate. Bannerlord mod where you can make your own custom troop group

Hello,is there any mod for bannerlord that allows me to make groups for troop and order them separately. Like I want to make a group of companions and order them separately and not just together with infantry/cavalry. I want to make different orders for different infantry types by grouping them like we used to in warband.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
