im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Can I just work my way up to build an army...with no Kingdom?

I just want to raze cities, enslave men/women and kill lords. Like some sort of chaotic neutral anarchist.
