Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Damn game crashes! Beware, rant!

I’m done with this game for awhile. I’m S. Empire and everyone goes to war with us so close to the same time, but that’s normal so whatever. But because of that we’ve all been in battania territory (S.E., Val, Asa.) fighting for territory. All our armies exchanging fiefs back and forth endlessly. So I devise a plan, screw it I’ll give up battania for now and I’ll work down asarai land from the top. We already had razih for a min so I took hubyar and the castle in between then took the next castle idk the name starts with a T. Mind you I’m fighting off wave after wave of Asarai armies dangerously close to my power. Captured like 28 lords then move on to take Qasira and a 750 army and a 400 army come and I found a way to take them out and then peace. So I longer in the area for a few weeks in game waiting for my turn. It comes and I gather my army to March on Qasira. I defeat one more army run back to hubyar to store the enemy lords and take Qasira. But when I leave I have another army to take out. And I do as well. Then… game shuts down. Last save was just after the last peace declaration. I’m just frustrated and defeated. And I’m done for awhile

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
