Game chrashes at dialogue screen

Can somebody help me with the current crashes of my game? Like the title says everytime a direct dialogue openens in game it shuts down. For example if i get attacked by a warband it crashes, if i try to open a conversation for an quest by directly talking to people from the city screen the game shuts down. But if a go to a town, and go to the location where the person is the game works fine.

But i cant do this in the field and fight batles, does somebody has experience with this and knows a fix. Thanks in advance
