My game when I save and exit it saves it to a auto save thing so if I start playing a new one it deletes old auto saves.

As title says I was doing a horde game play and had rounded up and executed the northern emptier then got bored do went into a new campaign to play as a bandit only run through...... the next day I decided I'll hop on and go for the western empier. To my horror the only save on for it was before I went to war with anyone and only had about 76 khan's guards. Is there any way I can get the save back.
