I recently saw a mod for this game that adds conversational ai to the game, even letting quests be started among other things. This got me thinking if maybe this is a good thing to integrate in these kinds of sandbox rpgs where there isn't a fixed story or moving voicelines. Does anyone have a work around to this issue? I've tried adding roles via the drop down menu as well as speaking directly but the companions I assign are being periodically removed. I only noticed because I keep losing troops from my Quartermaster being unassigned.
