I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Does anyone have a work around to this issue? I've tried adding roles via the drop down menu as well as speaking directly but the companions I assign are being periodically removed. I only noticed because I keep losing troops from my Quartermaster being unassigned.
