New PC owner should I play this game vanilla the first playthrough?

I just got given a town help!

I’m pretty new. Only a week in, army is only around 115 people. I fought as Merc for Battania during two wars. I then pledged to be a vassal right after the wars ended. Sargot got liberated by Battania and I see “Cadalog has granted Sargot to Hobart (that’s me) against the wishes of the council”

Obviously i’m stoked, but I really have zero idea what this really entails and since it’s my first fief, i don’t want to fuck it up 😂

Any general knowledge or tips is appreciated!

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
