"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

Question about my little warband

How can I add tier 7 army? because when I add on the noble troop tree, its says max troop at tier 6. I also download the level 7 unlocker and its work normally on my last save. and now my new save with anno domini mods 1569, I cant add past tier 6. Is it because clash with anno domini mods, or what?
