My Brothers and other lords do not have any levels in any skills. Any idea what is causing this? I am running CA_Eagle rising as the main mod.

Need help guys

So I’m new to the game like I’ve been playing for 2 days straight and I’m still getting used to everything so far I’m in the Khuzait faction and I just completed the banner quest and idk who to give it too, I need help
