WHY ISN'T THERE A MESSENGER/COURIER SYSTEM?!

Genuinely. I want to find this guy, I have to trek across the entire goddamn map to find him because he seems to know how to teleport. If anyone from the devs are reading this, here's my suggestions: When a courier comes to you, add an extra promt asking us if wed like to hire the courier. In taverns, add a courier that we can hire for a sum. Or, use other nobles or people. So, here's what I mean by that last point. When you want to recruit a clan and make if a vassal, you must ask the clan leader to join you. If you try to ask anyone else in tje clan, they defer you to the leader. Well, what if when we do that, we could tell the person to deliver a message to the leader next they see them. Also, this could make declaring war more immersive and thrilling. Because now they could make it so you need to hire a courier to declare war on someone. So, if it takes several days to send the message, you could send the cour...

FAQ for dominating calradia in vanilla

What is the best way to make money? Take the hardest fights you can as often as you can.

How do I have a strong kingdom? You need to focus on converting clans to join your kingdom. This requires passing a charm/relations check with the leader of a clan that has no field and then paying a fee that is usually in the hundreds of thousands.

How long does it take to declare and expamd a kingdom? It takes Roughly a year to reach clan tier 4 and form a kingdom. It takes about 3 years to become the strongest kingdom in calradia.

What are the essential skills/perks? 100 riding for nomadic traditions at 75 and sweeping wind and 100. 75 athletics for the plus 30 effective charm. 200 charm for the natural leader perk that makes converting clans much easier. Everything else is just for role play or power gaming.

What is the fastest way to gain gold, renown, charm, and relations with lords?
Defeating and releasing lords in battle.

How do I build strength from the start? Very early game soloing looters with a horse and unspecced bow and doing tournaments.
Once you are clan tier 1 and can afford 50 troops and 100 mounts, get a merc contract and start forcing villages for recruits or goods. Fight in choke points.

What are the strongest skills to focus on? (Below are my power rankings, not my rankings of how much fun you have using the skills)

S-tier: get to 200 charm for natural leader perk and 100 riding for nomadic traditions and sweeping wind. Higher values have little value

A-tier: all three melee/Vigor skills to take advantage of the massive scaling from infantry captain perks. Making the player an unstoppable god with a 2h axe on foot. 75 2h perks baptized in blood for power leveling and winning hard fights early

B-tier:medic to minimize downtime, leadership to gain renown faster and convert recruit prisoners into troops Roguery for more loot. Athletics for speed, hp, and captains perks. Engineering for faster/better seiges

C-tier: stewardship, scouting. These skills level too slowly to be meaningful. They take 2 to 3 years to level, which is about the end of our time frame for winning a run. I do not recommend the permanent imprison strategy, as you just cutting off your only source of income. I want the Ai to send more troops at me so I can farm them for gold and xp.

D-tier: ranged skills, mounted combat: the damage output is too low to be worth the time

F-Tier: Smithing, trade: timescale is far slower than fighting. If you use the infinite trade exp glitch you could rate differently.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
