Battanians lose Flintolg castle but gain the Kranirog and Mazhadan castles, and then they claim Sturgia-owned Epicrotea during the Sturgian's battle against the Western Empire. I have my own faction and want to declare war on another kingdom, I've started wars before as leader of my faction by just attacking another lord and doing it that way but, I've found you can declare war properly by sending an emissary, when I do this it says that by declaring war without provocation it might make my vassals think I'm to warlike. Do I have to worry about this or can I just start wars whenever I want? will it deteriorate my relationship with my vassals?
