Made my first Bannerlord video — feedback welcome, especially on audio

Just uploaded my first ever Bannerlord video, a cinematic campaign playthrough following a Battanian mercenary clan fighting to hold back the kingdoms closing in on all sides. Would love feedback from anyone willing to watch — particularly on the audio. The voiceover doesn't feel like it sits naturally with the gameplay footage and I can't quite figure out what's off. Any Bannerlord players who also make content and have dealt with this would be massively helpful. General feedback on the video is also very welcome — it's my first one and I know there's plenty to improve. submitted by /u/Interesting-Rip9106 [link] [comments]

noob to noob tips

I've only been playing a week so im by no means an expert, but after multiple restarts I feel I should share what i've learned as a new player

1: Research mods before you play. Not everyones cup of tea, but there are a lot of quality of life mods that feel like a natural part of the game. Don't drastically overhaul your game your first play through, but maybe look into smaller stuff.

2: Don't go for large armies of max tier troops too soon. You simply dont have the daily income to support that and if you spend all your gold paying troops just to lose them in one bad fight, youve essentially wasted gold that could be invested in trade/gear/companions

3: COMPANIONS! They are even more mandatory than warband imo, adding companions with "in formation" bonuses can drastically improve your soldiers efficiency, look around for different ones and find a group with skills you need

4: Don't immediately join a kingdom. May seem tempting to jump straight into fiefs and wars and such but it's a better payoff to be patient. Join as a mercenary, make some relationships with lords then leave. Bounce around between kingdoms and get involved in wars, find which kingdoms have policies you like or clans you can get easy relationships with. It's so much better to join a kingdom you already have friends in due to the voting system in bannerlord. With no support, you wont get many fiefs and your ideal policies wont get passed. Not to mention being amerc for awhile before joining will start you off with influence.

5: If you plan on being a "fighter" type and not a "sit inthe back and watch from a horse" type build, make sure to have smaller armies of better troops early on. You will level much faster getting in on the action and scoring killing blows, which is hard to do if your 67 imperial recruits are also going for your kills.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

TaleWorlds Forums

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
