Game crashes in every game mode

I start up the game and both starting and creating a new campaign causes an immediate crash. Same with playing a custom battle, and multiplayer. I've disabled all mods from Vortex, and nada. It's only been happening since the last update a few days ago, but I haven't seen anyone else having that problem, so I don't know.
