Declared war on allied mercenaries on load save?

I’m playing as southern Empire, have the Hidden Hand as mercenaries with a couple of their parties in my army. I started a big battle late at night, so half way through quit to go to bed, knowing I’d saved right before the battle anyway like a good little save scummer. Now when I reload any of the precious 3 autosaves I immediately declare war on the Hidden Hand and their parties abandon my Army. I have more properties then the king what do I do?

So this is my first play through of warband on Xbox one and I am apart of the swadian kingdom. The king is devoted to me so I get all new properties. I want to start my own kingdom but I don’t want to loose all of my properties is there any way I can keep properties and start a new kingdom.
