I mean I play it mainly as Role play, so winning it is not my goal, but I definitely want to be successful. Usually, getting first city is pretty hard, because having less than 200 troops, building siege camp, fending off enemy lords roaming around my siege camp requires big heap of luck. Then expanding the kingdom without clans is hard, even with two or three it gets hard against fully established kingdoms. However, weekly I see many posts about finished game, great strategic win, destroying whole kingdoms singlehandedly.... I am by no means beginner, having 2K+ hours in Warband (partially napoleonic wars as regiment member, but still many hours in Floris, Pendor and so on), 700+ hours in Bannerlord. plz im such a noob and im getting more confused as i read the skill explanations one by one
these 'formation you are leading' buffs

does it apply to your whole party? or just the party you command with follow commands

does it stack up with companions if you make them lead the troops with F6 ai commands

how about army? do i get buffs from the army commander's party leader, formation buffs etc if im in the army?
