All I see on this sub is, "How do I kill my wife?", "How do I kill my King?". What happened to loyalty? What happened to romance? Maybe I'm just a simple man, but when I play this game there's a few things I do no matter what. I team up with CalaDawg and teach Dirthead the ancient Battanian technique of projectile induced dismounting. And I marry a nice Sturgian woman who I will love and protect until the day I die. Under absolutely NO circumstance do I use javelins for evil. God help any poor foolish AI who dares to capture my wife, because it won't be long before their head rolls. Call me old fashioned but I take the sacred vows of marriage seriously. submitted by /u/Friar_Corncob [link] [comments]
For me, the best part of Bannerlord is riding around on the steppes with about 20 horse archers and fighting Steppe Bandits.
I tried a few run throughs with big armies, and got given some cities as a vassal a few times, but roaming around with a small group havibg horse-archery duels is so much fun...
...plus, one or two woolery workshops in Khuzait lands will more than cover the salary for 20 to 30 troops, so no money issues.
