Crafted weapon bug after loading

Hi, I just encountered this bug. After loading the game my crafted weapons have very small or zero stats. Javelins, 2h swords, 1h swords, polearms, all of them. I've been playing with mods for a long time, but now was the 1st time it happened to me. I saw some posts about this, but haven't found any solution for this. No game fixes, no mods. Do you have any idea how to prevent this bug, or what causes it? Any workarounds? submitted by /u/tothacka [link] [comments]

SP Campaign Start as a not-horse archer

So I generally play as a horse archer in M&B titles. I had done a few Kusait runs with an army of horse archers and was kinda board of it so I tried today to play as something else. My first though was to try a x-bow non-mounted guy. However, I feel like the start as anything but a horse archer is practically impossible.

I play on all realistic difficulty damage.

The game does not allow you to reload as an x-bow player. This pretty much dis-allows the typical kite strategy I use against looters early in the game. The other option is to go with thrown weapons. Thrown weapons expose you more so to the rocks the looters have and have a max ammo count of 8 (javelins, 2 stacks). I found that thrown weapons are a 2 shot kill to looters so if I hit all shots I would only be able to kill 4 looters, probably 3. This seems way worse than a bow: 30 shots 3 shot kill, 10 potential kills.

Basically it seems that the game really wants you to play as a horse archer. Am I missing something?

Optimal weapons in Smithing (Forging): a second, deeper (?), look - Blades/Heads + Guards/Banners and Accessories. Bit of a letdown

Hello everyone. It’s been one month since part 1 was released (This one https://www.reddit.com/r/Bannerlord/comments/12yqhq5/optimal_weapons_in_smithing_forging_a_first_look/ ).I’m here posting again to go forwards in the established direction from part 1.There will be a TL;DR section at the end. A little recap is in order: last time we crafted every single possible weapon in Bannerlord, but ignoring guards, pommels, grips, accessories (From now on, "Parts 2/3/4")... and only switched between different blades/heads ("Parts 1"), which I expected to determine the overall worth of the item much more than the other parts (This proved to be the case, according to today's data).Furthermore, there were no changes in size at all, so all components were crafted only in standard size. Again, I've updated the Google drive folder I've been using up until now. It contains a series of screenshots detailing the weapon's name (Which in turn is a combination of the...
