Everybody manages to "win" the game

I mean I play it mainly as Role play, so winning it is not my goal, but I definitely want to be successful. Usually, getting first city is pretty hard, because having less than 200 troops, building siege camp, fending off enemy lords roaming around my siege camp requires big heap of luck. Then expanding the kingdom without clans is hard, even with two or three it gets hard against fully established kingdoms. However, weekly I see many posts about finished game, great strategic win, destroying whole kingdoms singlehandedly.... I am by no means beginner, having 2K+ hours in Warband (partially napoleonic wars as regiment member, but still many hours in Floris, Pendor and so on), 700+ hours in Bannerlord. Bannerlord: anybody knows if mod "Keep Own Fief" works?

I downloaded this mod manually.

Put mod with files to "modules" catalogue.

Turned on mod in starting menu. Got information when game was launched that mod was loaded (green letters). Before got also request for confirmation if I want to activate mod.

I downloaded mod when was during siege (because later I found that first time I cannot give castle to myslelf - own kingdom).

And - nothing.

Won battle, conquered castle - nothing appeared. No new menu, no new option. I don't understand what should be done more.

Will be grateful for any help!

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
