Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. My own Kingdom

I thought about beeing a battle strong lord in the fields, replacing one whole faction with myself but never taking more territory than that. Either the Vlandians or the kuzhait have to leave the world for good and the other I'll be joining at the beginning of my conquest to earn castles and towns.

I thought of a full cavalry force consistent of horse archers and melee cavalry, 50/50 each. I know through other posts and videos that especially horse archers are very overpowered.

So to the question itself, which of the two factions am I better off to replace for good? I belive I'll be very weak in singing so the kuzhait might be easier to take down, but going at war against them will eradicate my supply of outstanding horse archers, so I'm kind of troubled with the decision.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
