I can't Keep up with these settlement issues!

I've got 3 cities all next to each other, and there is just constant STREAM of settlement issues, you solve one, two more pop up.

It's taking 100% of my time to deal with them, and since these settlements are not "Primary culture" their loyalty is in the toilet, and just ignoring them results in massive security and loyalty issues, so not dealing with them is tantamount to abandoning the cities to rebelling.

Also, if you could PLEASE give an easy way to tell what race a companion is when hiring
