How the hell do I use Horse Archers?

In the previous versions of the game I remember that setting horse archers to "charge" would make them circle the enemy while showering them with arrows, and "engage" will make them retreat from enemy's melee range while shooting as they retreat. In this version it doesn't seem to be working that way? I've sent them to charge and about half of them went melee and the other half was randomly walking around, shooting at the shieldwall's shields. What commands should I be using for Horse Archers? Anyone know where to get a bow with no skill required?

I legit cannot find a bow below 15 skill points haha. Even basic light bows are too much. So my predicament is I cannot level Archery if I don't actually have a bow I can use... Fun stuff.

Tried arena but even killing a bunch of dudes in it doesn't net me a darn thing. Quite honestly I feel my skills aren't improving and I won't 250g like 10 times and got nothing skill wise. Tournaments sure, but practice nope.

PS speaking of Tournaments and practice arena... Does that pass the time in game? Since looters seem few and far between they have been the only way to sustain my measly 10 men.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
