Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Why can mercenaries broker peace?

So I was contracted as a mercernary for the Western Empire whilst they were at war with Ergeon's Clan, rulers of the city-state of Seonon. I was about to fight Ergeon when I decided to see what he'd say if I asked for peace.

To my surprise, the bargain menu opened and, sure enough, peace was on the table. I asked for all his denars, horses and his cow in exchange for peace and he readily accepted. Then came the notification "The Western Empire and Ergeon's Clan have made peace."

Surely there's no way a lowly merc could possibly convince Emperor Galios that the treaty he drafted is valid and that he should lay off on Ergeon, especially since he gets nothing in exchange. I'm not even a vassal so I have no right to speak for the Kingdom in any way shape or form.

The ability to do this make it theoretically possible to secure the independence of Seonon and make a quick buck by contracting for whoever they're at war with, trading for peace then leaving the Kingdom with no consequences.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
