Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Please help me with a bug that has been terrorizing me for over half a year now

Forum posts say that this was fixed in patch 1.7.2 but all of the characters still have their eyes closed. I've alredy tried deleting all the mods, deleting the shader folder and verifying the files but the bug persists. Please help.
