2nd playthrough and I own most of Vlandia as a vassal of Battania, now what?

This is my 2nd campaign settings are set at Realistic with deaths to try and give myself a bit more of a challenge. Decided to play north, my last campaign was mostly Southern Empire so I picked Vlandia as my heritage and joined Battania as a vassal after being a merc for them. Over the course of two wars, they basically gave me almost all of Vlandia. ​ Is the game tempting me to declare a new kingdom? I'm still only a tier 4 clan. I probably wouldn't even consider doing that till I was 5 or even 6 rank so I can have the extra parties.
