I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. This is my 2nd campaign settings are set at Realistic with deaths to try and give myself a bit more of a challenge. Decided to play north, my last campaign was mostly Southern Empire so I picked Vlandia as my heritage and joined Battania as a vassal after being a merc for them. Over the course of two wars, they basically gave me almost all of Vlandia. Is the game tempting me to declare a new kingdom? I'm still only a tier 4 clan. I probably wouldn't even consider doing that till I was 5 or even 6 rank so I can have the extra parties. I could just ride out the game happily playing landlord for a 1/4 of the map while giving a hand here and there in wars to keep the front lines away from me, but to what end? [link] [comments] |
