Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. 2nd playthrough and I own most of Vlandia as a vassal of Battania, now what?

This is my 2nd campaign settings are set at Realistic with deaths to try and give myself a bit more of a challenge. Decided to play north, my last campaign was mostly Southern Empire so I picked Vlandia as my heritage and joined Battania as a vassal after being a merc for them. Over the course of two wars, they basically gave me almost all of Vlandia.

Is the game tempting me to declare a new kingdom? I'm still only a tier 4 clan. I probably wouldn't even consider doing that till I was 5 or even 6 rank so I can have the extra parties. I could just ride out the game happily playing landlord for a 1/4 of the map while giving a hand here and there in wars to keep the front lines away from me, but to what end?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
