Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Game lenght

Just wondering, how long does a campaign average last? Just wondering if lt would be unrealistic of me to spend my original character creating a family and make them fight only with weapons i make. Or is this just a waste of time?

Also, can y'all explain me why i can't take advantage of my tactics, since my enemy never rushes me so i have to rush them always wich leads me into unnecessary losses.
