im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. [AWOIAF] White walker invasion

So long story short i messed up and only built the obsidian mine around day 760+ so now it's day 894 and I only got around 800 obsidian troops while the White walkers have around 11K+ combined(6K+ on the Night King and 3K+ another white walker and 2K+ on another white walker party) I sent around 10 lords on the NW but their still getting wrecked. What do I do beside letting them slaughter us?
