[AWOIAF] White walker invasion

So long story short i messed up and only built the obsidian mine around day 760+ so now it's day 894 and I only got around 800 obsidian troops while the White walkers have around 11K+ combined(6K+ on the Night King and 3K+ another white walker and 2K+ on another white walker party) I sent around 10 lords on the NW but their still getting wrecked. What do I do beside letting them slaughter us?
