i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Just got a pc and files confuse me

So i havent had a pc since 2007 and im tryna add the game of thrones mod. Its had me download harmony and extension but when i extract into the modules nothing shows up in the mod list when i launch the game. I am soooo confused. Send help lol
