Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. bannerlord not launching

So i built a new pc, trying to run bannerlord however after the launcher opens and I click play nothing really happens. Tried launching it through the files to skip the launcher but same thing happens, also Tried running it as admin. I've deleted files trying to fix it but nothing is really working. Pc specs: (windows 11 home) ryzen 5 8400f 32 gb of Ram 3050 6gb oc. I have not ever used mods.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
