No family in sandbox

So I'm sandbox mode got a wife and kids but I got no uncle or brother or any adults yet. I'm finally clan level 6 but the only thing holding me back from my own kingdom is concern i got no family to govern my towns and secure my territory as I don't know how to go about recruiting other nobles.
