Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. I had a good feeling as I was swinging my axe through the enemy lines, but I didn't expect them to fold with that little of a fight.
