How do I help my clans make money?

So my this is my first run of the game and in my current game state all of the Empire factions have been just about wiped out. The Vlandians are the strongest, with the Khuzaits, Battanians, and Aserai right behind them. The only other weaker faction left is Sturgia, who has been getting eaten bit by bit by vlandia all game. Now, I pay absurd tribute to the four strongest clans so they don’t just crush my borders (most of my fiefs are in the middle of the map, it was the only choice I had). I’ve learned now that my clans couldn’t do anything meaningful because they’ve been in debt. The clan with the most fiefs in my kingdom is nearly 4 million in debt, a number which I can’t even fathom what to do about. I managed to get another clan out of debt, but they’re sinking back in it because I can’t stipend them constantly. Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
